I hold a Cert IBET / Certificate in International Business English Training from Trinity College, London (2017), an MA (Hons) in Linguistics, Translation and Interpreting from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (2007), a Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate from International House London (2020), and a CELTA (2011).
Having trained professionals in IT industry, both one-to-one and in corporate groups, for over 7 years, I have obtained practical insight into the communication needs of business people internationally. Focusing on the specific requests of my clients, I tailor the training sessions to their needs to help them achieve their goals.
To ensure the quality of my services and being committed to continuous professional development, I have delivered face-to-face and online presentations at international events and have published a number of articles on Business English training for the workplace.
