I hold a Cert IBET / Certificate in International Business English Training from Trinity College, London (2017), an MA (Hons) in Linguistics, Translation and Interpreting from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (2007), a Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate from International House London (2020), and a CELTA (2011).
Having trained new and seasoned professionals in various industries and contexts, both one-to-one and in corporate groups, for over 15 years, I have obtained practical insight into the communication needs of business people internationally.
To ensure the quality of my work and being committed to continuous professional development, I have delivered face-to-face and online presentations at international events and have published a number of articles on business English training for the workplace.
