Trust for global tech leaders

Hi, I’m Oksana. I help tech leaders become trusted global partners by strengthening their cultural intelligence and the way they collaborate across cultures.
Navigate global collaboration with confidence, build trust across cultures, and lead without losing your authenticity.
Tech leaders often recognise themselves in situations like these:
- My career growth will stall without change in my communication approaches
- My ideas don’t always land well with my global colleagues
- My team challenges my decisions and leadership
- My work and contribution aren’t fully recognised by senior management
- Misalignment across cultures is costing the company time, money and momentum.
If it sounds familiar, imagine what you can accomplish when your expertise is recognised and your ideas are valued. Your colleagues and partners listen to what you have to say and seek your advice.
How I help
I help my clients navigate global collaboration with confidence by interpreting communication accurately, spotting risks early, and adapting across cultures without losing their authenticity.
The situation was challenging. Collaborating with two key stakeholders created daily difficulties and required careful management.
I tried to align the stakeholders on the client side, addressed all of the PO's questions and provided the necessary context to support decision-making. I held regular sync meetings with the PO to discuss open questions, align on priorities, and clarify requirements.
I felt that I had become too emotionally involved in the situation, which was affecting my ability to make objective decisions. I needed input from someone who was not directly involved in the project and could provide an unbiased perspective. Additionally, Oksana had experience handling challenging stakeholder situations, so I believed she was the right person to seek advice from.
While on the programme I realised that if I take my work seriously, I use the same benchmark to everyone. It seems that if I understand something, it’s obvious, most certainly everyone understands them. Here you learn not to use the same measuring system to benchmark everyone and see the human as a new page. Here’s a new person, a new page and we’re writing a new story.
I started to understand people better and why each stakeholder behaves in a specific way; received the information that equips you with the tools that let you build communication with different people. It was interesting to understand myself and what can trigger you and then react differently.
What I liked is the tools that are usable, you can use them in real life. I don’t really like a lot of theory that you don’t know how to use afterwards. And here you get some tools, some information that you can process quickly, sort, and start applying straight away. I think that is such challenging situations that’s the most valuable: you don’t need to wait for a long time, and you already have something that you can start doing. And the information obtained due to those tools, you have it now. It’s usable, practical and delivers results quickly. It’s really useful and you have to train and use it on a regular basis.
If a person is focused on professional growth and development, it’s definitely worth it. There’s no unnecessary knowledge and information. And the additional information that will help you understand and get the tools you didn’t know about before, is an extra advantage for you: a little bit more knowledge and a little bit more experience. That’s an investment in myself and my professional growth that can be later returned through my salary and it’s worth it. You can increase your income here.
