Many tech leaders are highly trusted in their local context yet find that trust doesn’t automatically transfer when they start working globally.
What has always worked before suddenly isn’t enough. Communication lands differently. Expectations clash. Decisions are questioned or delayed.
Even leaders who understand the basics of cross-cultural communication often struggle to apply them in real, high-stakes situations.
When something is missing and you don’t know what it is, the same patterns repeat: the same misunderstandings, the same frustrations. And the results rarely change.
Even when you sense that something is wrong, it’s easy to keep going as usual, especially when the cost of slowing down feels high. Over time, this limits your professional growth and personal development.
The impact isn’t only financial. It can show up in missed opportunities to expand into new markets, difficulties building reliable partnerships, and teams that disengage instead of committing to shared goals.
It can mean being passed over for roles that require global leadership, losing strong people because trust never fully forms, or carrying a reputation that doesn’t reflect your real potential.
Whether consciously or not, as a leader you are always building a reputation. The question is whether it’s one that supports trust and growth across cultures or works against it.
This programme can help you move from reacting to cultural friction to recognising and addressing it early. Instead of waiting for things to go wrong, you learn how trust is built and tested across cultures, how to spot risks before they escalate, and how to respond with clarity and confidence.
As a result, you will be better prepared to work with global partners and lead multicultural teams effectively, while staying true to your own values and leadership style.
Programme Overview
Trust for Global Tech Leaders is a one-to-one programme for tech leaders who want to become trusted global partners and lead multicultural teams with confidence.
I designed it for leaders who notice that their cultural assumptions and expectations sometimes limit collaboration or add friction in global working relationships.
As everyone’s context is different, one-to-one format creates the best environment for meaningful work on your specific request. The programme combines individual online sessions with focused input, practical work on real cases from your own context, and reflective conversations. This balance of guidance and independent application helps you develop the skills and awareness needed to build, maintain and repair trust across cultures in your daily work.
How It Works
- The programme runs over 7 weeks in a one-to-one format
- You’ll have five 60-minute online sessions scheduled across this period
- Between sessions, plan 1–2 hours of independent work per week, including two implementation weeks
- The work is based on real-life situations from your own context
- To start, you’ll gather relevant material so we can analyse your focus case together
